On April 25th, the pond in the center of the village was again the center of the Twisterclass Model Sailing World, when the third Becker Twistercup took place in challenging wind conditions. The skippers again enjoyed the luxury of sitting at the lakeside with food and beverages of their choice, while navigating the remote-controlled model sailboats to and from the bright yellow buoys of the race course.

The champion was determined in a total of eight fleet races. All boats were on the pond in quickly changing winds for each of the single fleet races.

With the last boat sailing over the finish line after the final race, the winner of the third Twistercup, Becker's Mr. Henning Kuhlmann, proudly paraded alongside the skippers with the winning boat "Twister Challenger".
